Welcome to silkberry baby’s Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before
applying.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website or social media presence. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must promote our products ethically and avoid misleading claims. The use of spam, unauthorized ads, or bidding on silkberry baby brand keywords is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links. Payments are made monthly, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of $50. Sales are tracked using cookies with a 30-day duration.
4. Payment Term
Payments will be made via PayPal/bank transfer in Canadian dollar or US dollar. Any transaction fees will be deducted from the payout. Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
5. Termination
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms or inactivity. Upon termination, any pending commissions will be forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive license to use our trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting silkberry baby® products. Any unauthorized use or modification of these materials is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Silkberry baby® makes no guarantees regarding the potential earnings of affiliates. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold silkberry baby harmless from any claims related to their promotional activities.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from this affiliate program will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
